Omni Finance Limited has been offering high quality independent whole of market advice on mortgages, equity release, investments & pensions, tax planning & protection for over ten years, always providing excellent service and always concentrating on your needs and objectives.

Many of the products which we will talk to you about are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and we are therefore committed to abide by the rules of the FCA, which ensures that we treat our customers fairly.

We pay our network to provide us with support to ensure we are compliant with the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines.

They have their own Compliance Department which regularly checks our work to make sure we are acting fairly and in our clients' best interests.

Simon Hickman

Simon Hickman is the Managing Director and founder of Omni Finance which has been built on ethical and solid foundations. Simon has over 20 years of experience in the Financial and Property world and is a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser, and Investment and Pension Advisor.

Simon passionately believes in the benefits of taking advice, especially when selecting 'Mortgages' or 'Protection Contracts', Investments or Pensions. He believes the majority of clients do not have the time to compare their options and that 'Specialist' advice can tailor plans to suit their needs, preferences and budget.

Graham Steadman

Graham joins Omni Finance as a financial planner specialising in Protection, Pensions, Savings/ Investments and Inheritance Tax planning.

From school he joined Barclays Bank and later moved to Brittanic Assurance as an advisor giving him 17 year’s financial experience.

Graham has come back into the industry after successfully running his own taxi business. He also became a qualified FA football coach where he managed a very good Hastings Town Youth team in his spare time. He is happily married with two children and enjoys country walks and trying out new restaurants.

He realises the importance of financial security and effective future planning, and takes pleasure in seeing people succeed in achieving their goals!

Lukasz Zurek

Lukasz has been working in Financial Services for over 7 years now. His most recent role was with Nationwide Building Society where he was working as a Personal Banking Manager.

Lukasz is happily married with two young children. He believes that everyone should make plans for the future to be able to look after their loved ones when something unexpected happens.

Lukasz joins Omni Finance as a mortgage, protection and equity release adviser. He is also a professional Will Writer and offers affordable Lasting Power of Attorney service to his clients.

Dave Grass

Dave comes to us from a military background having served in the Army when he left school, and then ran his own taxi business until 2006, when he passed his mortgage exams.

Having been in the industry over 12 years, he recently joined Omni Finance as a mortgage and protection adviser. Although primarily based in the office in Little Common during office hours, he regularly visits clients in the evenings and at weekends if their busy schedule doesn’t fit in with the “normal” working week. With his knowledge and experience, he can help clients in all sorts of situations from straight forward purchase and remortgages, but also those with adverse credit history. Having been self employed himself, he also understands the issues for clients who themselves are self employed and are looking for a mortgage.

Being happily married with two daughters, he also understands the need for clients to make sure they and their family are sufficiently protected should something unexpected happens.

Nick Smith

Nick has a 18 years experience in Financial Services where he has undertaken most roles that are available in a High Street Bank. His most recent as Branch Manager for the last 6 years. He is passionate about helping people and providing an excellent service tailored to your needs. He is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients.

Outside of work Nick likes to play football and experiment with new hobbies. He is currently into open water swimming in the Sea at Bexhill seafront. You may see him running if you are having a relaxing walk along the promenade. Nick has also recently took part in The Trail walker challenge, walking 100km in 24 hours for the aid of Oxfam and the Gurkha Trust.

Philip Ball

Philip has been in the Financial industry for over 25 years, the last 7 years he has specialised in mortgages, equity release, bridging finance, second charges and protection.

In his spare time he plays cricket for East Dean & Friston cricket club, he also likes to play football and enjoys most sports, he's an avid Manchester United Fan.

Philip likes to travel and visit new places and once spent 3 months travelling around Australia in a campervan. He has lived in Eastbourne most of his life and loves to walk along the seafront or up on the South Downs.

Anita Takacs

Anita joins Omni Finance as a mortgage and protection adviser.

Anita is Hungarian, she a very enthusiastic and positive individual. Anita is extremely flexible with her working hours and is able to work unsocial hours and weekends. She has worked in customer service for several years. In her free time she likes going for a run or going on long walks with her dog.

Natasha Starr

Natasha’s prime role within Omni Finance is to manage Administration duties' and marketing for the company.

Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

Hugo The Boss

Hi!

I am Hugo and I am looking forward to meeting you in person. As you can imagine being a boss is tiring and carries lots of responsibilities. My office duties involve:

Meet and Greet (with enthusiasm)

Provide security - human staff members will be alerted if someone tries to sneak in

Canine Office Manager - periodically do a 'walk around' the office ensuring all staff members are present

Promote a happy and positive mental attitude among all staff - providing toys for them to throw as a temporary distraction and providing breaks in work to boost productivity
